Managing complex functions

As a specialist in railroad vibration insulation, Hutchinson is one of the rare companies that design primary and secondary suspensions linking the body to the undercarriage. These complex functions combine a pressurized diaphragm, safety foothold and various metallic elements.
Hutchinson also creates communicating vestibules that allow passengers to pass in total safety between two cars, as well as inflatable door seals for high speed trains that limit the overpressure effect that occurs when two trains cross.

A highly diversified line of products

In the fluid transfer field, Hutchinson has developed a wide range of hoses, hose assemblies and collars used in the motor environment or in braking systems for the railroad market.
Other very specific parts are used in niche markets. These include snow sealing boots, silicone or cellular seals for air-conditioning systems, high speed train secondary suspension diaphragm protective covers... whatever is needed to get the job done properly.
Hutchinson also provides lighted electric displays (LEDs) for informing travelers of train destinations, routing, etc.
