BODYWORK PARTS AND COMPOSITES
With 30 years of experience and the resources of its Research Center, HUTCHINSON designs and manufactures body parts and semi-structural composite parts in transportation, aeronautics and industry fields.
The parts are moulded by low pressure process (RIM / RTM / HLU) in materials with high performance (pDCPD, PUR, polyester, glass and carbon fibers, etc.) painted, equipped with components and delivered to the customer assembly line. A few application examples of body parts in industrial and agriculture fields: spoilers, round edges, chassis fairings, hoods, …
In aeronautics, HUTCHINSON offers complete ventilation functions by combining fluid transfer products supplied by ESPA with its own composite products made of prepregs (carbon/epoxy, glass/epoxy, glass/phenolics) and polyester/glass.
