STRATIVER

Strativer, the expert in technical composites for aeronautical markets, joined Hutchinson at the end of 2008. Strativer’s core business is the design, manufacture and marketing of honeycomb panels for aircraft interiors and semi-structural parts made of composite materials.

Hutchinson Strativer

Expert in composite materials

Strativer was founded in 1952 and sustainably entered the aeronautical field at the end of the 1960s when it manufactured the first composite floor – “Nomex” honeycomb core and epoxy glass side – for Air France’s Boeing 747.

Then, for the Dassault Aviation Group, Strativer developed “very long” composite materials for the ceilings and the technical panels of the Falcon aircraft.
The end of the 1990s was marked by the global presence of Strativer via the Airbus certification for the Cabin floors of Airbus’ entire fleet.

Aircraft maintenance and repairs

At the beginning of the years 2000, this certification was extended to the lining of the holds (ceilings and vertical panels). Strativer is therefore the only European company to be certified for such tasks.

Thanks to the Boissy-Lévignen plant, near Paris’ airports, Strativer supplies manufacturers such as Airbus, Eurocopter and Dassault Aviation, French and international airlines as well as maintenance centres with all the class 2 and 3 composite services for aircraft.
