The Mobility Systems Business Unit designs and manufactures mobility systems on the wheeled public transport market.

Hutchinson designs and manufactures limited “runflat” systems for public transport vehicles running on tires. These systems ensure passenger safety when problems with tires occur. Standard tires can be used with Hutchinson systems. Hutchinson systems are fitted on standard rims used on transport systems or on Hutchinson rims specially designed for each application. They are recognized throughout the world for their excellent performance, and have proven their efficiency in real use.
