The Sealing Systems Business Unit is an expert in the formulation and transformation of different types of elastomers complying with military standards. It proposes a wide range of molded, extruded, calendered or tailored seals for the Defense market.

Hutchinson has a large choice of elastomers resistant to the aggressive environments encountered in terrestrial and marine Defense operations. Hutchinson controls all rubber transformation processes (molding, calendering, extrusion, tailoring, rubber/metal bonding, etc.). It can thus propose products best adapted to the function, whether small or large parts, by the use of presses up to 1500 tons and a tailor-made zone of 700 m².
